Judiaann Woo was born in South Korea, raised in Portland, Oregon and developed her career in New York City. During that time, she has worked with some of the finest chefs and industry thought leaders in the world in her roles with The French Culinary Institute, Food Arts magazine, and iSi. She is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute with Grand Diplomas in Classic Culinary Arts and Classic Pastry Arts. She has worked in several of top NYC restaurants as a pasty cook and pastry chef. As a culinary personality, she has appeared in numerous media outlets including Food Network and the Cooking Channel. As a culinary consultant, Judiaann provides guidance on culinary trends, culinary content, and market entry strategy. In 2011, she returned to Portland to lead the award-winning media relations program for Travel Oregon and was integral in the success of "7 Wonders of Oregon," named Best Branding and Integrated Marketing Campaign in the county in 2015. Today, Judiaann is an independent marketing, media relations, and social media consultant and producer specializing in food and travel. She is also the host of the podcast "Food People Are the Best People" on the Eat, Drink, Dine Podcast Network.
